Finished Basements starting at $5000 and Attics at $3000 include the following:
- Vapor barrier on all perimeter walls
- Metal framing of entire basement including all soffits and columns
- Drywall on all walls, soffits and columns
- 2X4 acoustical drop ceiling system
- Electrical outlets and light switches
- Carpeting installed at extra charge
- Bathrooms at extra charge
The average 40 year pressure treated deck can be installed for 12 a square foot
Extra charges would included if deck is off ground level or 2nd story
Price includes one set of steps if need more than there would be extra charge
Any other deck boards other than pressure treated (example plastic composite)
Comes with standard 2”X2” railing with 2x6 top rail any other type railing would be extra charge.
Windows and Doors
We install all types of windows and doors prices vary based on manufacture and location of windows. For example a typical double hung window installation in $120 per window as a replacement window. We deal directly with many manufactures and can get you the best price guaranteed.
Kitchens and Baths
We do all phase of the Kitchen and Bathroom renovations. Because kitchens and baths come in all shapes and size and amount of renovations prices vary.
- We do demolition of existing kitchen and baths

- We do tiling of walls, back splash, and flooring
- We do linoleum floor installation
